About The Role
We’re seeking a Recruiting & Talent Specialist to support and lead recruiting efforts for salaried and administrative roles. Reported to the Sr. Talent & Development Manager, this role drives critical hiring across the business while ensuring compliance and shaping workforce initiatives—internship pipelines, expatriate programs, leadership training, and onboarding strategies at our Norcross location.
This position isn’t about just filling roles quickly; it’s about building the next generation of talent, talent development, and program management, leaving a lasting impact on people, processes, and culture.
Recruiting & Hiring Strategy
- Support/lead full‑cycle recruitment for salaried and administrative roles across key business units using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand headcount needs and define role requirements, building local execution strategies.
- Create compelling job postings and recruitment campaigns that reflect our brand and mission.
- Develop dashboards to track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on data.
- Own and attend hiring events, job fairs, career fairs, campuses, and community outreach with technical schools and workforce boards.
- Provide administration support for development programs such as external coaching, mentoring, rotational learnings, and international assignments.
- Develop and deliver hiring manager toolkits and training to elevate interview quality and consistency.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and execute affirmative action programs.
Learning Management and Training Delivery
- Manage LMS administration, including user setup, course assignments, progress tracking, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain training records for compliance, business, and development purposes.
- Design, upload, and update training modules, videos, and documents to ensure content is current and aligned with business requirements.
- Generate and analyze completion reports, sharing key metrics with leadership to ensure workforce readiness.
- Develop and deliver training sessions (in‑person and virtual) for new hires, interns, and existing employees.
- Facilitate foundational leadership and soft‑skills workshops for employees transitioning into management roles.
- Conduct skills‑gap assessments with GMs, supervisors, and department leads to identify training needs and develop targeted programs.
- Leverage employee performance data and feedback to refine training content and methodologies.
Talent Programs & Internships
- Design and co‑execute internship, co‑op, apprenticeship, and early‑career programs that support future leadership pipelines.
- Oversee logistics, hiring‑manager engagement, onboarding, and performance reviews for interns.
- Use Canva, PowerPoint, and Articulate to develop intern guides, onboarding assets, and training touchpoints.
- Partner with marketing to design career‑fair material, flyers, early‑career branding messages.
- Gather feedback, track participation trends, and report program impact to senior stakeholders.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR program leadership.
- Proven ability to run hiring processes end‑to‑end with professionalism and speed.
- Experience developing structured programs (internships, workforce pipelines).
- Clear communication, creative thinking, and a proactive mindset.
- Comfort working cross‑functionally and influencing at all levels.
