What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plant processes and systems
Manage and develop plant personnel through coaching and performance feedback
Oversee maintenance planning and execution to maximize equipment reliability
Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic industrial setting with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy machinery, and varying weather. The position requires mobility across the plant site and occasional travel for training or corporate meetings.
