Job Description

Automotive Diesel Technician – Light Duty (Up to F-750) Flat Rate $48.00 - $60.00 (Depending on Experience & Skills) Monday - Friday (YES, no weekends) Location:

Jacksonville, NC 28540 Who We Are We're a growing, no-nonsense diesel shop that takes pride in quality work, honest service, and building a team of top-notch technicians. With only four bays and two big lifts, we keep things tight, efficient, and focused. We don't waste time with fluff — just solid repairs, great customers, and a shop culture where technicians actually like coming to work. The Work This isn't your average wrench-turning gig. We specialize in light-duty diesel trucks (nothing bigger than an F-750) and see plenty of Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax engines. You'll be diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing the kinds of jobs that keep you sharp without burying you in nonsense tickets. With Ford IDS, Snap-On HD, GM, and Chrysler software at your fingertips, you'll have the tools you need to do the job right. What We're Looking For A-level diesel techs with

5+ years of experience

who can hit the ground running

Deep knowledge of Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax platforms

Fleet experience is a huge plus

Independent problem-solvers who know their craft and take pride in it

Techs who want to work smarter, not just harder

What You Get Flat rate pay $48–$60/hr

(based on experience)

Transition pay plan with guaranteed weekly boosts during your first four months

PLENTY of hours to turn!

Perks & Benefits Paid holidays (the big six)

Paid time Off

Paid training

Why You'll Love It Here We're not a massive dealership or a corporate chain. We're a focused, growing team where your skills actually matter, your input is valued, and your paycheck reflects your experience. If you want to turn wrenches in a shop that's serious about diesel but doesn't take itself too seriously, this is your place.
