Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $21.30/hr

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Atlanta, GA! This is a 4 months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Atlanta, GA 30309

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $18 - 21.30/hour (Based on years of experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations.
• Verify patient identity and specimen labeling accuracy in the presence of the patient.
• Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis while following strict safety and processing procedures.
• Maintain all records, logs, and documentation per company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all safety protocols in the work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and professional experience for every patient.
• Travel and provide coverage at additional patient service centers or physician offices as needed.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality; attendance and adherence to schedule are critical for success.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy experience – Required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.

Note: Local candidates within 30 miles are eligible.

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
