Overview

The Administrative Assistant shall provide high quality, diverse administrative support to the Management Team Members of Reliance Rx.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required: Associates degree preferred.
  • One (1) year of administration/office experience required. Healthcare or legal industry experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office/PC skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including correct grammar and punctuation, as well as the ability to create correspondence, respond to requests in a timely manner, and facilitate the appropriate exchange of information.
  • Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service to all levels of associates.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and the medical insurance industry desirable.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Maintains a professional and working relationship with outside vendors.
  • Possesses initiative and creativity.
  • Proven examples of displaying the Reliance Rx values: Collaborative, Accessible, Results-Oriented, Empowering, and Supportive.

Essential Accountabilities

  • The Administrative Assistant shall be the primary administrative support for Reliance Rx, responsible for handling the clerical, scheduling and office processes and procedures.
  • Typing letters, form letters, memorandums, committee reports, meeting minutes, confidential documents, policies/procedures, and other documents in accordance with Reliance Rx’s goals.
  • Ensure high-quality products and timely turnaround for all forms of correspondence.
  • Support services (i.e. scanning, printing, copying, faxing, filing, mailing) for Reliance Rx Management Team members.
  • Maintaining conference room(s) schedule(s).
  • Organization and maintenance of filing for the Reliance Rx Management Team.
  • Performing inventory checks of office supplies and maintaining stock and organization in the office supply area.
  • On-site shredding of designated documents from the Reliance Rx Management Team.
  • Assistance with Reliance Rx license renewals and mailings.
  • Scheduling/Calendar assistance for Reliance Rx Management Team Members.
  • Providing travel assistance for Reliance Rx Management Team Members (i.e. booking, obtaining meeting agendas, etc).
  • Coordination with Drug Reps, which includes ordering lunches and scheduling presentations.
  • Data Entry for all departments.
  • Daily cash posting accountability for the Finance Department.
  • Any other administrative services deemed necessary by the Reliance Rx Management Team.

Hiring Compensation Range: $20.00 - $22.00 hourly

Compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to skills, education, location and experience.

In addition to base compensation, associates may be eligible for a scorecard incentive, full range of benefits and generous paid time off. The base salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
