You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a receptionist engaging with our donors and performing administrative tasks to support plasma center operations. **You will answer phones and greet **all visitors to the facility including new and repeat donors** promptly **exhibiting** **customer service skills** · You will provide customer service to donors (external) and fellow employees (internal) · High school diploma or equivalent · Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift · Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays · and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
