Our client, a premier New York City real estate firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Head of Multifamily to join and help their team. The hours are 8am-6pm with a little bit of flexibility needed. This role is hybrid, working four days in office in Manhattan with Fridays remote.

Responsibilities: * Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of Multifamily, managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence * Act as a key liaison between the Head of Multifamily and senior leadership, including the CFO, CIO, and department heads * Coordinate and execute departmental initiatives, assisting with software rollouts, system upgrades, and operational process improvements * Prepare presentations and reports in PowerPoint; assist with data tracking and project management in Yardi and other systems * Support recruiting and onboarding processes for building staff and administrative hires * Handle confidential information with discretion and represent leadership with professionalism across all internal and external interactions

Job Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred * 5-7+ years of executive assistant experience, ideally within real estate or professional services * Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Yardi a strong plus * Confident communicator with excellent judgment and the ability to partner effectively with senior executives * Professional, poised, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
