Project Manager
to oversee large-scale jobs in the $50M–$60M range. Current projects include ground-up manufacturing, warehouse, and storage facilities — and this is your chance to take ownership of high-impact builds while working with one of the region’s most respected contractors. What You’ll Do
Lead all aspects of project management from preconstruction through closeout Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports Establish and track schedules, coordinating closely with field teams and subcontractors Manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals to keep documentation accurate and up to date Partner with Superintendents to monitor field progress and resolve challenges in real time Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards What We’re Looking For
7+ years of project management experience on ground-up industrial or large-scale commercial projects Strong understanding of construction means and methods, especially steel, precast, tilt-up, and sitework Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules for complex projects in the $30M+ range Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Excellent communication and leadership skills with a client-first mindset OSHA 30 certification preferred Compensation & Benefits
