What to Expect
Provide instructional design services for various functions, including project management and client services training
Analyze learning needs and conduct audience and content assessments to inform training design
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop effective training materials
Evaluate learning effectiveness and provide feedback to improve training programs
Lead small projects and ensure adherence to timelines and performance targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Instructional Design or a closely related field
3-5 years of experience designing learner-centered training programs and related materials
Proficiency in adult learning principles and instructional design practices
Experience conducting learning needs analyses to identify training solutions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Master's degree in Instructional Design, Distance Education, or Educational Technology
Familiarity with courseware authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline
Experience with E-Learning design principles and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail
