About the Role
HJ Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavioral support and consultation within a local school district. The BCBA will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to enhance student success through behavior intervention plans, data-driven assessments, and individualized support strategies. Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP). Provide direct and indirect behavioral support to students across assigned campuses. Collaborate with teachers and paraprofessionals to model and reinforce effective behavior management techniques. Analyze data to measure student progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff training. Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal special education guidelines. Qualifications
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. Current and active BCBA certification. Experience working in a public school setting preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse student populations. Ability to travel between school sites as needed.
