Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of rental units. Coordinating with the leasing team in all aspects of the leasing process, including, but not limited to: application processing, paperwork processing, pre-move in apartment inspections, resident retention activities, and lease renewal process. Meet and greet prospective residents and vendors in a professional and enthusiastic manner. Maintain daily traffic logs, phone logs & follow-up Effectively follow up on all prospective traffic by telephone, email, or letter. Tour the apartment community and vacant apartments with prospects and knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates. Qualify clients by determining their needs, eligibility, and desirability. Understand the company's application criteria, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in / move-out procedures and be able to explain these items to existing and prospective residents. Maintain a positive attitude, professional appearance, and courteous disposition. Qualifications
Prior experience in leasing is preferred but not required. Must be bilingual (English / Spanish). 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service. Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience using electronic mail and internet applications. Valid driver's license and transportation. Authorized to work in the United States. Available to work full-time.
