What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements for Appian-based systems Configure Appian application components, including user roles, security models, and integrations with external systems Lead and participate in Agile ceremonies within Appian development teams Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts for Appian applications Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Appian systems in Confluence
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst Minimum 2 years of experience on Appian projects Proven experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for Appian-based systems Strong knowledge of Appian components, including process models and security configuration Hands-on experience managing a product backlog using Jira or similar tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Appian Analyst or Developer certification Experience facilitating requirement gathering sessions and translating findings into actionable tasks Skilled in leading Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives Good knowledge of BPM best practices
