Business Development Representative (BDR)
in the
AMERS region
who will be responsible for generating new qualified opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting for their Account Executive partners. As the first point of contact for many of our target prospects, BDRs need to have a strong understanding of Kinsta\'s product and sales process, excel at researching accounts, personalizing outreach, and creating meaningful conversations that lead to qualified meetings. You\'ll use a variety of outbound tools and techniques to break into new accounts and maintain accurate contact and company records in the CRM. BDRs who establish high performance and align with the Kinsta Ethos will unlock opportunities for growth within the revenue organization.
