Position Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting of exempt roles across multiple food distribution locations. This position supports Supply Chain and Sales Support teams, managing 20–30 active requisitions concurrently. The recruiter will conduct resume reviews, phone interviews, candidate communications, interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer extensions. This role requires the ability to handle multiple hiring managers across diverse field locations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions using Workday and Phenom ATS. Write and post job advertisements across online and print platforms. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers; provide follow-up communication to all parties. Extend offers and manage the candidate experience through onboarding. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to align recruiting strategies with business needs. Advise managers on staffing policies, compliance, and best practices. Utilize multiple recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) for candidate generation. Maintain candidate and requisition activity in ATS systems and ensure accurate reporting. Required Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (preferably 6). Education: High school diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, Phenom). Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed. Industry Experience: Background in supply chain, food distribution, sales, or manufacturing preferred. Experience hiring for roles such as Warehouse Manager, Transportation Manager, Account Executive, or Territory Manager. Preferred Qualifications
Experience recruiting within supply chain, sales, or HR functions in a distribution/manufacturing setting. Advanced knowledge of Workday and Phenom ATS functionality. Strong understanding of recruiting metrics, compliance, and candidate engagement strategies. Soft Skills & Team Fit
