Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2 years of office-related experience. Job Summary

To manage, coordinate, and directly support the administrative and business management, and/or staff activities within a Process/Department. Ability to think & act on own initiative in providing process management of financial, human resource, and administrative support functions. Job Duties

PeopleSoft FMS Experience in all steps of the process for the following: Requisitions/Purchase Orders Non-PO Vouchers Travel – Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports All aspects of creating new vendors in the system PaymentWorks Account codes Signature routing Kronos Experience as KRONOS Department Manager Reviewing, editing, and approving employee time cards, leave, and missed punch requests Experience proofing documents Ability to prioritize tasks when facing multiple deadlines Administrative support for executives, including in the C-Suite On-site work environment Salary Range
