Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Child SafetyProject Manager, Integrity Operations, Child Safety Responsibilities* Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements.* Manage and improve day-to-day Child Safety operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.* Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations.* Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems.* Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats.* Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users.* Develop a deep understanding of Child Safety issues and how they affect our community.* Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material.* This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which maybe considered offensive or disturbing.Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Technology or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation* Experience must include 2 years of the following:* Operations process execution, workflow tracking, and task management in operational systems* Project management methodologies for structured data processing and reporting* Technical documentation and requirement communication with engineering and product teams* Project tracking frameworks for stakeholder coordination and milestone management* Policy-based review and classification of digital content, including restricted material* Data querying and manipulation using SQL, SAS, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)* Programming in Python or RAbout MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses. $112,443/year to $125,400/year + bonus + equity + benefits
