Constituent Services Associate II — City of Eau Claire
Job Description
Do you have great customer service skills? Excellent de-escalation skills? If yes, join us! We are currently accepting applications for two full-time Constituent Services Associate II positions in our Community Services Department. Each position will perform complex and varied administrative duties for the Community Services Department and across the City. Duties include: acting as a customer service representative; answering phone calls; addressing customer questions/concerns; creating and publishing marketing flyers, press releases, etc.; cash handling processes; assisting in the management of social media accounts to promote activities, events, and services; and much more!
Requirements
Associate degree in business administration or a related field OR a minimum of three years of relevant work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak a second language (Hmong, French, or Spanish)
Additional Reasons to Apply
Receive 40 hours of vacation on your first day of employment, plus earn 80 hours of additional vacation time in the first year
Receive 3 paid floating holidays and 8 paid regular holidays (in a calendar year)
Potential to qualify for Public Service Loan Forgiveness
