Las Vegas ARC Warehouse, North Las Vegas, NV 89030, USA Responsibilities

As our enthusiastic and hardworking E-Commerce Specialist you will be responsible for (but not limited to): posting on Salvation Army online auction website, including writing product descriptions and photographing items for sale. Product descriptions must be grammatically correct at all times. Assist with pricing and selection of merchandise listed on the online auction website. Handle all phone and email customer support in a timely manner. Follow up on all orders with customers in real time. Meet daily posting quotas and weekly and monthly sales targets determined by Supervisor. Handle all fulfillment requests by processing customer orders. Select the most cost-effective shipping method for items purchased. Handle stock shipping, scheduling and ensure all orders are shipped within their handling times. Have a basic understanding of third-party listing and shipping software (Sure Done, Ship Station, Terapeak). Send shipping notifications in real time to customers after all orders are finalized. Handle all damage/loss claims and follow up on them in a timely manner. Contact carriers for daily shipments. Maintain required stock levels of authorized packaging materials. Work quickly with accuracy and productivity, pacing workload effectively. Perform duties with low error rate and a desire to learn and advance within the organization. Collaborate with the Retail Manager, Collectables Specialist and other team members in the day-to-day operation of the ecommerce business. Provide coaching, training and development of new employees. Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age High School Diploma or GED equivalent required Excellent computer & technology skills with focus on Windows OS (7 or higher) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) Photoshop preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment A passion for working in a high growth business with high attention to detail and a commitment to excellence Strong organizational skills and professional conduct Ability to work independently with little supervision and under pressure Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills Two to four years of customer service and/or retail experience A positive attitude and consistent work ethic; must pass background check (Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry) Physical Demands

Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis Ability to grasp, push, pull and move heavy objects such as household and office furniture, packages and bulk items Ability to operate a telephone Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks Benefits
