About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Multi‑Trade Construction Technician with strong skills in carpentry, drywall installation/finishing, and painting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment, can adapt to various project needs, and takes pride in high‑quality craftsmanship. You will work on residential and commercial projects, from framing and drywall to finishing and painting, ensuring every detail meets our standards.

Key Responsibilities
Perform skilled carpentry work including constructing, installing, and repairing wood structures, frameworks, fixtures, and cabinetry.
Install and finish drywall including hanging panels, taping, mudding, sanding, texturing, and preparing surfaces for paint.
Prepare and paint interior and exterior surfaces to achieve a clean, professional finish.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed.
Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring all work areas meet safety and quality standards.
Read and follow blueprints, construction plans, and supervisor instructions.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors; maintain a professional attitude at all times.
Mentor and assist less experienced team members when needed.
Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Must be a hard worker, punctual, and reliable.
Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends and on-call rotations.
Valid California driver's license with clean DMV record.
Must be available for emergency response work after-hours and on weekends.
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions and procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Spanish is a plus (English Required)
Work safely at heights, following all safety protocols and using proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
Follow all applicable EPA, OSHA, and local safety regulations for hazardous materials handling.
Must be neat and tidy in appearance for client interaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Provide exceptional customer service with empathy and understanding during a stressful time.
Proficiency with basic technology, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, is essential. Candidates must be comfortable using softwares for timekeeping (including clocking in/out from various locations and adding job-specific notes), job management (updating progress, reviewing scopes, and uploading photos), and email communication
