Oversee night audit duties and front office operations during the overnight shift. Manage guest registration and communicate hotel services and promotions. Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries. Provide a welcoming, face-to-face presence for Hyatt guests. Qualifications
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbal and written communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work weekends and holidays. Overnight availability is a must. Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of safety and security procedures. The compensation for this role is $22.75 per hour.
