LOCAL
dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand storytelling and drive revenue through innovative campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, is self-driven and isn’t afraid to think outside the box, and has a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, print, and experiential channels Manage content creation to reflect the resort’s unique identity Oversee social media presence and engagement Collaborate with sales, events, spa, and F&B teams to promote packages, experiences, and seasonal offerings Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights. Ability to create and discuss a marketing budget plan with owners. Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints Build relationships with local businesses, media, and tourism partners The Hotel At Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, we don’t do the Desert Southwest like everyone else. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or upscale brands Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools Excellent communication and project management skills Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling Experience working with Screenpilot and Wagstaff a plus Benefits
