The Special Education Teacher will provide specialized instruction and support to students in elementary and middle school at a public school about 18 miles from Boston. This role focuses on developing individualized learning plans, monitoring and assessing student progress, and collaborating with educators and families to promote both academic and social growth. The ideal candidate is a licensed Special Education Teacher who is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of students. What You Need
Valid Massachusetts Teaching License with Special Education (Moderate Disabilities) certification Eligible to teach in MA through DESE Bachelor\'s degree required; Master\'s preferred Designs & delivers individualized instruction for students with disabilities Knowledge of MA Special Education laws and IEP development Classroom experience Monday-Friday, structured setting Experience with students who are nonverbal, on the autism spectrum, prone to tantrums, runners, or wheelchairbound preferred Ready to make a difference?
