Position Overview
VMB is seeking an experienced and visionary
Vice President of Marketing
to lead our marketing team into its next phase of growth. This role replaces our former Director of Marketing position and is ideal for an advanced marketing leader who can both
set strategic direction
and
drive measurable results .
Reporting to the COO, the VP of Marketing will oversee all marketing initiatives across digital, social, print, and direct channels—while leading a talented in-house team and managing external agencies and vendor relationships. The ultimate goal:
increase resort occupancies and company revenue through innovative, data-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on
driving revenue growth
across VMB’s portfolio.
Oversee and mentor our
marketing team , fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance.
Lead all
digital marketing efforts
including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and website optimization.
Manage
brand consistency
and storytelling across multiple resort properties.
Leverage
CRM and database marketing
to maximize guest loyalty and repeat bookings.
Direct
advertising and media strategy
(digital, print, and broadcast) to ensure optimal ROI.
Collaborate closely with operations, revenue management, and sales to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
Evaluate marketing analytics, campaign metrics, and trends to guide decision-making.
Oversee relationships with
marketing agencies, technology partners, and vendors .
Qualifications
Strong background in
travel, tourism, hospitality, or rental management marketing
(required).
Strategic thinker who can balance
visionary leadership
with
hands-on execution .
Proven ability to
analyze data
and translate insights into action.
Demonstrated success managing multi-channel campaigns and driving measurable revenue growth.
Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is not required, but is preferred.
