The Dink is the largest, most influential pickleball media and events brand in the world. We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Advertising Sales Account Executive to spearhead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accountable, and driven to make a significant impact within a rapidly expanding company. Role & Responsibilities
Generate new leads and opportunities Work to qualify and close leads Prospect, cultivate, develop and maintain relationships with advertising decision-makers at brands and agencies Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities Manage full sales cycle from prospect to close Accurately capture and report all aspects of account and opportunity information Accurately report on forecast/pipeline Responsible for driving revenue by selling integrated packages to advertisers Build custom partnership proposals and presentations for potential brand clients Minimum Requirements
3+ years of digital media sales experience and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals Knowledgeable and passionate about digital media, brand marketing, and strategic partnerships Strong personal relationships with key brand and agency stakeholders A strong understanding of media sales packaging and selling digital sponsorships Previous success winning new business Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience selling native newsletter advertising products is a plus Key Attributes
