Your Tasks
You will support organizations through strategic IT transformations (using your AI expertise to tailor customer-centered solutions) You will support project stakeholders in planning and tracking of projects & activities You will initiate and control various activities in the context of time, budget, scope management You will create a quality management system and continuous improvement of project quality while executing risk management activities You will oversee the planning and implementation of communication and stakeholder management You will provide support in the preparation of reports, dashboards, and project status updates for stakeholders. You will participate in workshops and meetings to facilitate knowledge sharing and gather feedback on project deliverables. You will assist in the onboarding process for new team members by providing project documentation and guidance. You will manage projects by leveraging AI to enhance e.g. resource allocation, budget forecasting, project planning & tracking or risk management Your Profile
Graduated with top grades in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Business IT, Computer Science, or an equivalent field Proven professional experience (3-5 years) as a PMO or Project Manager, or in a comparable position in an Agile environment Extensive experienced in agile and traditional methodologies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, etc.) as well as agile project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA/Atlassian, MS Azure DevOps) Strong process management, organizational, time management skills with attention to detail and leadership experience Empathy, communication skills and strong team spirit Excellentmethodological skills in requirement gathering and process mapping High willingness to learn and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment StrongIT affinity and a passion for software and AI technologies Certification such as PMP, Prince2, PSM or similar Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish, German and English Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 5-6 times a year) From our side, we can offer you: Flexible work options: remote, hybrid, or on-site (Gliwice, Opole) Participation in international projects Referral program – earn 5,000 – 8,000 PLN gross for each successful referral Stable and long-term cooperation Opportunities for personal growth and active participation in the company's development Access to benefits, including: Medicover private healthcare Multisport card Uniqua life insurance English & German language courses Non-corporate atmosphere Team meetings and integration trips – in Poland, Germany, and France
