Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 767/777 Fulfillment is seeking an Experienced Business Process Analyst (Level 3 or 4) in Everett, WA to serve as a core operational focal. This analyst will partner with Operations, HR, and support organizations to manage hiring intake and shift preferences, maintain key operational tools and programs (staffing summaries), sustain Obeya visual management, manage rentals and asset/payment activities, and triage scanners/hardware. The role facilitates cross‑functional teams, documents requirements, drives process improvements, and ensures operational visibility. Responsibilities

Facilitate cross‑functional teams focused on single business processes; plan and lead structured process/product team meetings Prepare meeting materials; capture decisions, action items and communicate outcomes Collect, analyze, and document business requirements from process owners (with oversight); conduct requirements reviews Assist in test coordination and preparation of test scripts for tools/process changes Apply basic process, data, and applications/systems architecture principles to support integration and compliance Design and lead process workshops; support strategic planning and integration of initiatives into improvement activities Prepare work estimates using cost‑benefit analysis and contribute to program/project implementation Use and comply with documentation frameworks and support transition to evolving data/information standards Serve as liaison between operations, HR, IT, finance and vendor partners for assigned focal areas Qualifications

3+ years’ experience in a production support or manufacturing environment 3+ years’ experience collecting, assessing and organizing information; summarizing findings and producing recommendations 3+ years’ project management experience 3+ years creating PowerPoint presentations for Senior Leadership Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis with Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) Preferred Qualifications

Level 4: 5+ years of experience in a production support or manufacturing environment Bachelor’s degree or higher (business, HR, operations, supply chain or related) Experience with BOE processes, Obeya/visual management, asset rental/payment coordination, and handheld/scanner device management Experience with process improvement, LEAN or Six Sigma Other Details

Pay is based on candidate experience and qualifications, plus market and business considerations.
