As a Wild Fork Team Member, your focus is to deliver a memorable experience to all of our guests. You will be trained as a personal chef and friendly butcher to have the highest level of product knowledge, providing customers with recommendations on their favorite dishes or proteins. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability, replenishing low stock items, picking and packing online orders, and delivering a friendly check-out experience. Our Values : Determination, Simplicity, Availability, Humility, Sincerity, Discipline, Ownership Essential Tasks and Responsibilities: Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic and passionate about our quality products, educating customers on what WFF stands for Become a product and culinary expert through our training to provide great recipes and cooking tips Create a personalized, butcher-friendly shopping experience Assist customers during checkout, delivering a memorable experience Perform stocking duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, product rotation, ordering, dusting, and cleaning Manage daily price changes and operate the cash register as needed Process e-commerce orders and oversee timely product delivery Work in extremely cold environments, including pulling racks, processing shipments, and monthly inventory in walk-in freezers Perform other related duties as required Physical Demands and Work Environment: Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures, such as walk-in freezers Stand and walk for 8-10 hours Move frequently within the store to access various areas and products Benefits include 401k, culinary training, higher education programs, vacation and holiday PTO, monthly bonuses, free shipping, monthly product giveaways, and store shopping allowances. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred but not required At least one year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant settings Work with integrity and as part of a team towards shared goals Demonstrate determination and deliver results with urgency, managing time effectively Take ownership and responsibility for your success Respect others and value diverse opinions Organizational and multitasking skills Dependability and commitment Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Ability to handle seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines Flexibility to work various hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
