Senior System Analyst (Apex Development and Configuration)

Senior System Analyst (Apex Development and Configuration) We are seeking a Senior System Analyst with a strong background in bridging between the business and tech team to provide analysis, application support, hands-on apex development and configuration work on the salesforce platform. This individual will work closely with business users to understand requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, provide technical leadership, and support day-to-day operations of business-critical applications. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Develop, design, implement and support scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. Provide technical guidance and hands-on configuration when necessary. Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners. Manage ongoing application support for Salesforce and integrated systems — troubleshoot issues, provide user support, and ensure SLAs are met. Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement. Own release management, change control, and platform governance. Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, processes, and user guides. Requirements: 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including hands-on apex coding, configuration and application support. Background as a system analyst or similar role with experience bridging business and technical teams. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, capabilities, and integration options. Experience providing end-user support, managing incidents, and working with helpdesk or ticketing systems. Demonstrated ability to work with vendors and manage third-party solutions. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
