What You’ll Do
Lead with reliability:
Oversee and execute maintenance operations across all areas of the hotel, ensuring everything runs efficiently and safely.
Protect our promise:
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain top-quality standards.
Think ahead:
Champion preventive maintenance and energy management programs to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Problem-solve with purpose:
Troubleshoot and repair systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Collaborate across teams:
Partner with department heads to ensure smooth operations and quick responses to any maintenance needs.
Lead by example:
Train, guide, and inspire engineering team members to uphold excellence and accountability.
Represent quality:
Manage projects, renovations, and FF&E replacements to keep the property fresh, functional, and inviting.
Ensure safety always:
Follow all regulations, report hazards immediately, and maintain a culture of responsibility.
Support operations:
Work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to create a seamless, world-class guest experience.
What You Bring
3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in hospitality or a service-driven environment
Strong technical skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems
Hotel or property management experience preferred
HVAC certification or equivalent technical training is a plus
Familiarity with building, fire, and safety codes
A proactive mindset, you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform hands-on maintenance tasks
