We are seeking a
Middleware Administrator / Solutions Architect
with strong expertise in managing, integrating, and architecting middleware platforms. This role will support enterprise and custom applications, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across
Linux, Windows, and mainframe systems . Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and manage middleware platforms (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS, etc.). Architect and design middleware solutions supporting enterprise applications. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application server environments. Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and infrastructure teams to support deployments. Ensure middleware security, patching, and compliance with organizational standards. Support automation and DevOps practices for middleware deployments. Plan and execute migrations, upgrades, and cloud integrations. Qualifications
Required: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering. 5+ years of experience in middleware administration. 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications. Preferred: Certifications in middleware (Oracle WebLogic, Red Hat JBoss, Microsoft IIS). Experience working in defense industry. Military experience. Skills
Middleware expertise : WebLogic, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, IIS. Platform knowledge : Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Windows Server, mainframe middleware integration. Application integration : Java applications, web services, APIs, messaging systems. DevOps & automation : Scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash); CI/CD; Ansible/Terraform. Security & performance : TLS/SSL, certificates, load balancing, clustering, performance tuning. Experience with hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud).
