Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Agility Lead
to drive Agile delivery excellence for key
banking and financial transformation initiatives
. The ideal candidate will have deep Agile experience, proven leadership in cross-functional delivery, and prior exposure to
core banking, digital banking, or payment systems . Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple Agile teams delivering banking technology projects. Coach and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams on Agile values and principles. Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams and programs. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming). Collaborate with business, technology, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery and alignment to business priorities. Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, capacity, quality KPIs, burndown charts). Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure adherence to Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across banking delivery streams. Required Skills & Qualifications
8 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in
Agile delivery or leadership roles . Strong understanding of
Agile frameworks
(Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and tools like
JIRA, Confluence . Experience managing Agile delivery in
banking or financial services environments . Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business and technology teams. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Agile certifications such as
CSM, PSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC
preferred. Good to Have
Experience in
Digital Banking, Payments, Core Banking modernization, or Cloud Transformation
initiatives. Exposure to
AI, Data, or API-led integration
projects in BFSI sector.
