The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, from 5:00 pm to finish, with overtime and weekend availability as needed.

Pay range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the night picking and dock team, ensuring efficient and accurate operations while championing a safety‑first culture.
• Strategically manage the warehouse to meet or exceed productivity targets, optimize processes, and ensure the most efficient use of equipment and personnel.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, training, and performance management for warehouse personnel.
• Maintain high standards for product quality and sanitation while ensuring clear and effective communication with team leaders and supervisors.
• Serve as a working manager, ready to step in on any job function to ensure daily tasks are completed and goals are met.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Process improvement expertise.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and databases.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Safety management and inventory control skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
