Supply Chain Coordinator at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Join our Supply Chain team and play a key role in the launch of the state-of-the-art Inpatient Hospital Tower. Responsibilities
Execute and administer a coordinated lean supply support system that operates efficiently and meets the needs of clinical areas within OSUWMC. Stock and manage supply inventory levels in clinical areas. Serve as the liaison between the Distribution and Logistics Team and all clinical departments. Maintain records such as dates of requisitions, delivery verification, invoice price confirmation, back-orders, implant pricing, and ensure accurate tracking of supply data (back orders, manufacturer numbers, expiration dates, product recalls, lot numbers). Ensure implementation and maintenance of the Buckeye Bin (two-bin Kanban system) / PAR replenishment. Maintain all required documents for accurate requisitioning. Demonstrate a combination of analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED and 1 year of inventory management experience. Additional Information / Benefits
