Operations Team Lead

to join their team onsite in San Francisco, CA and provide end-user support. This position is highly visible with the customer as a point of contact for coordination of all logistics, audits, and inventory inquiries. Involvement in customer meetings is required and is maintained on daily/weekly meetings. Daily, weekly, and monthly reports are required. Tasks can include monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including reconciling stock counts to computer reports. Updating transactions in customer reporting system to ensure audit accuracy. Managing workflows for logistics, audits, receiving, unpacking, and delivering items to shelves or requesting departments. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve business results for key performance indicators and other organizational objectives Develop and monitor resourcing strategy to support daily operations Manage all transactions and communications in compliance with business policies, SOPs, and SOX regulations Identify, monitor, and resolve customer complaints Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders including Provisioning, Project Team, Applications and Security Teams Provide leadership and assist with the training of Production Technicians Ability to fill any position and complete any task within assigned team Align and secure generator components as directed by work instruction Perform routine clerical duties in support of unit Hire staff and manage revenue opportunities Provide daily staffing, rotation and scheduling direction and decisions, including coverage for breaks, lunches Maintain / improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction Provide proficient and professional turnaround of customer and end-user requests Manage metrics and provide to customers weekly Create dispatches as needed via the approved SOP to ensure min/max level of stock is maintained Skills and Qualifications

Outstanding customer service skills Able to work collaboratively with Operations teams across organizations Solid work ethic Ability to work with minimal supervision Self-starter that can work independently and, on a team Meticulous attention to detail Organizational skills to handle high volume of tickets at varying stages of completion Capable of basic project management and execution Excellent business communication, writing, telephone skills and confident professional interactions with end-users representing customers Ability to work directly with customers with confidence and professionalism Ability to prioritize, multitask, and quickly adapt to changes Proficient typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills Able to lift up to 50lbs., stand and walk or sit for extended periods, perform repetitive movements such as bending, lifting, or stretching Must be able to follow directions with emphasis being placed on safety while performing tasks Cross-train for provisioning and desktop support roles and support these teams as needed Wage Range

The rate for this position is between $31.50 - $43.75 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
