What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with enterprise account teams to define strategic IT engagement approaches
Serve as the lead technical expert in customer-facing engagements, providing comprehensive presentations and discussions
Articulate Coupa's cloud hosting infrastructure, product architecture, and security frameworks
Demonstrate knowledge of complex integration scenarios with major ERPs and explain data management strategies
Create and evolve a library of technical sales assets to assist the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
Broad technical understanding across web-based applications and cloud models (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS)
Direct experience with Finance, Procurement, or related business solutions
Exceptional written, verbal, and graphical communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
B.S. degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Multilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse audiences
Experience in translating complex technological features into business value for C-level executives
