As you move through the build, you install components, perform wiring and hand soldering as needed, and verify each step against the traveler/routers. Document objective evidence for Quality Control, confirming that every requirement and functional criterion has been met to spec. Run mechanical checks to blueprints and ATPs, then transition to testing on hydraulic and pneumatic test stands and conduct electrical checks (Dielectrical, Ohm Meter, DITMCO). Perform visual and dimensional inspections on in-process assemblies and finished goods, keeping FOD, ESD, and material handling best practices front and center. Rely on your toolkit—screwdrivers, torque and standard wrenches, pliers, nut drivers, power drivers, soldering iron, and crimpers—to complete high-quality work on time. Manage workload with minimal supervision, maintain productivity and quality standards, and apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
