Drive insights and recommendations for complex projects both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Develop a deep understanding of product usage and identify opportunities to enhance member experiences
Prototype innovative approaches to measure product and business performance
Create and maintain dashboards with key visualizations for tracking performance metrics
Analyze operational performance to understand its impact on health outcomes and cost savings
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive work experience in highly quantitative roles, including leading complex analytics projects
Proven ability to manage quantitative projects from problem definition to insight delivery
Strong collaboration skills with a track record of influencing and aligning stakeholders across various departments
Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R
Experience developing interactive dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
Preferred Qualifications
Master\'s or other advanced degree in a relevant field
Experience providing analytical support for healthcare initiatives, particularly in value-based care programs or population health
