Work Location: Washington, D.C. - Hybrid (Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote) Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Normal EST Hours Top Responsibilities
Strategic Red Teaming: You will contribute to the team's efforts in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating high-complexity content risks. Developing and executing innovative red teaming strategies: Proactively identify emerging threats and design highly targeted testing approaches. Defining and developing new programs: Identify key areas for improvement and develop comprehensive program plans. Developing and promoting best practices: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to create and implement best practices for red teaming, threat assessment, and AI safety. This role may be exposed to graphic, controversial, and/or upsetting content. Qualifications
7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
