Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Create, update, distribute, and archive construction documents using PMIS tools like Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Procore

Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project managers to facilitate document flow

Implement and monitor record retention policies to safeguard project data

Manage access to software platforms by adding users, creating folder structures, and assigning permissions

Requirements

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in document control software (e.g., Procore, ACC, SharePoint)

Familiarity with construction drawings and terminology

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High School Diploma, 2 years of college desired

Preferences

Prior experience in construction or engineering environments preferred

Experience with ISO standards or other quality management systems

Experience with SharePoint and Outlook

Experience with Microsoft Office tools
