Join an established group of 11 full-time physicians as a Nocturnist OB Hospitalist/Laborist Physician. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician in Obstetrics and Gynecology to contribute to an inpatient-only role at Mission Hospital.

Board Certified/Board Eligible required

Nocturnist Shift: 7pm to 7am

Work schedule: Alternating 1 week on, 1 week off

Be part of a collaborative practice with 12 members in total

Utilize Epic for hospital EHR

Benefit from 24/7 support, including NICU, anesthesia, and perinatal services

Access to dedicated nocturnist back-up around the clock

Opportunity to qualify for federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Attractive compensation ranging from $309,588 to $446,745 per year

Comprehensive malpractice coverage and a full fringe benefits package

Compensation may include productivity bonuses, incentives for quality and performance, and other forms of cash compensation

Providers typically receive a CME allowance and additional benefits as offered by their medical group employer
