The Senior Project Manager will oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This person will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining Uprite’s high standards of quality and client satisfaction. You’ll collaborate closely with our field teams, clients, and trade partners to deliver exceptional results. What Youl Do:
Lead and manage ground-up and tilt-up commercial construction projects from start to finish Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and cost controls Oversee subcontractor selection, bidding, and contract negotiations Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients, architects, and engineers Provide leadership to project teams including Superintendents, APMs, and Estimators Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout all project phases Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout materials Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues to maintain progress and client satisfaction What Youll Bring:
10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management Proven experience managing tilt-up and ground-up projects Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Strong understanding of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost management Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project preferred About Us
