SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST
The Role
Our client is Seeking an experienced, skilled, and upbeat Senior Systems Analyst to be part of a squad responsible for launching and growing business / technology capabilities focused on helping address the retirement savings coverage gap. You will support one or more multi-functional squads, engaging with all team members to reinforce and embed an agile approach and principles into the day-to-day work. By demonstrating and promoting Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
6+ years of experience in systems analysis focused on building software solutions for technology initiatives.
Deep knowledge of Agile development methodologies and scrum tools – Jira, Jira Align experience desired.
Experience in developing and authoring solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) and API (Application Programming Interface) consumer tools such as Postman.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technology subject area
Ability to mentor and coach junior analysts across divergent functions, experiences, and geographies
Ability to influence behavior without having organizational hierarchy.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adaptive to organizational changes
Ability to brainstorm with teams on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
Effective communication and people-interaction skills
Efficiency in written and verbal communications and dedication to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management, etc.)
Ability to rapidly assimilate business processes, goals and objectives and distill them into well-defined User-Stories / requirements.
Flexibility to adjust your work schedule to accommodate both U.S. and India-based teams and associates.
Knowledge of technical solutions and back-end systems
