This is an office-based role in our Chicago Loop headquarters. We’re a fast-growing energy and residential services company that’s redefining how customers experience reliability, value, and service. Our marketing team is at the heart of that transformation — using data, creativity, and strategy to fuel growth across the country. If you’re a hands-on digital marketer who thrives on performance metrics, optimization, and results you can measure, this is your opportunity to make a tangible business impact. As Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead our digital advertising strategy and execution across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. You’ll be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving ROI, and building an integrated digital ecosystem that connects our marketing campaigns directly to business growth. This is a high-visibility role for a data-driven, creative professional who can balance analytical precision with bold digital experimentation. Key Responsibilities

Manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Develop and execute paid search, display, and social strategies to generate high-quality B2C and B2B leads. Continuously test, analyze, and adjust campaigns to improve conversion rates and reduce cost per lead. Configure and manage tracking via Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Build dashboards and reports to visualize campaign performance and ROI. Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to define KPIs and align marketing initiatives to revenue goals. Oversee marketing automation workflows and integrate CRM systems for seamless lead management. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Qualifications

Required: 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in both B2C and B2B environments. Proven success optimizing Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram). Strong technical knowledge of GA4, GTM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot). Skilled in analyzing data, identifying insights, and making data-backed marketing decisions. Excellent communication skills — able to present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership teams. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Preferred

Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications. Meta Blueprint certification. Familiarity with SEO, content strategy, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI). Salary - $110-125K + plus bonus
