Manager of Identity & Access Management (IAM)

to lead enterprise-wide identity strategy and governance. This is a key hands-on leadership role, combining technical depth with strategic oversight across hybrid and cloud environments. You’ll manage a dedicated IAM team, own the roadmap for authentication, access control, and identity lifecycle management, and work cross-functionally to strengthen the firm’s overall security posture. The environment is highly regulated, global, and data-driven — and this is a chance to shape how the business protects access across platforms, users, and systems. What You’ll Do

Define and execute the firm’s IAM strategy across workforce and client identity systems. Lead and mentor a team of IAM professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Oversee access management across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Design and maintain authentication and authorization frameworks (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM). Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and enforce strong controls around administrative access. Support audits and compliance initiatives (SOC2, NIST, DORA), ensuring all IAM activities meet regulatory standards. Partner with IT, InfoSec, and Engineering teams to deliver secure integrations and scalable access models. Evaluate new IAM technologies to improve security, automation, and user experience. Report on IAM performance, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership. What You Bring

8–10 years of IAM, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure experience; at least 3–5 years in management. Proven experience leading enterprise-scale IAM programs in complex, regulated environments. Strong knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management. Experience with PAM, federation, SSO, and multi-factor authentication. Deep understanding of governance frameworks, access reviews, and audit readiness. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technology and business functions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification preferred. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity to define and deliver secure identity management for a global business — balancing user experience, compliance, and innovation. Apply for this position
