Operating Partner
for a premium fast casual restaurant located in
Milwaukee . This new restaurant brand offers a fresh, energetic environment centered on healthy, flavorful dining. The concept features customizable protein bowls, salads, shakes, ice cream, and a convenient grab-and-go market. Designed with a vibrant and modern feel, it’s a space that inspires guests to eat well and feel good. As the first location launches with plans for rapid growth over the next several years, this is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative brand from the ground up. Compensation
Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000/yr + profit sharing, health stipend, PTO, and extensive growth opportunities. Requirements
Over 5 years of experience in an area management position overseeing a minimum of three locations Experience opening a new restaurant location, including working with vendors and hiring/training new employees Establishing brand standards, including setting operational standards Strong financial acumen, including driving performance and growth Experience in helping with expansion strategies We are hiring right away.
