Overview
An extensive health system in the DFW area is seeking a full-time, board-certified OB-GYN to serve as the site director at a 603-bed acute care facility - leading a dedicated OB Hospitalist team while helping ensure the program meets both clinical and operational goals. Opportunity
603 beds | Level IV NICU | Level IV Maternal Designation Board certification required | at least 2 years of clinical experience preferred Collaborates closely with hospital leadership and medical teams to support exceptional outcomes for patients and providers Work a minimum of six shifts per month - flexible, predictable scheduling designed to support work-life balance Provide emergency OB care, unassigned OBED, and gynecological coverage, and assist with private MD emergencies Hospital employed with a guaranteed hourly rate Extra shift incentive pay is available + Holiday pay incentives Benefits package including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k) Malpractice Insurance, CME & Relocation assistance available Community context
