Overview The Data Governance Analyst will support the day to day alignment of data usage, accuracy and guardrails across the business for Data Governance coordination & attributes, and automation. Actively engage in tasks related to data management and data standardization initiatives. Support the Data Governance Manager in implementing a corporate-wide Data Governance strategy and further Data Governance education throughout the organization. Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Scarborough, ME, Carlisle, PA, and Quincy, MA. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Responsibilities Support Data Governance strategy by working cross functionally with Business and Information Technology to ensure alignment and dedication to the overall objectives. Assist in implementing industry best practices in Data Governance, automation and Master Data Management. Serve as Enterprise Data Steward accountable for data definition and information quality processes for all data domains. Support business functional teams in implementing data policies, standards and methods that drive the quality characteristics of data. Partner with Information Technology on the identification and development of simplification and best practice opportunities. Assist with testing efforts of Data Governance and Master Data Management initiatives. Liaise with key stakeholders to gather and prioritize the strategic objectives for specifications and standards. Requirements Bachelor's Degree equivalent relevant experience 3+ years of experience in relevant field. Basic understanding of Data Management and/or Data Governance. Experience in implementing data policies and procedures. Knowledge of project management methodology, requirements gathering and process improvement techniques. Risk identification and mitigation, issue resolution and knowledge of process flows and change management. Strong influencing skills to educate and articulate the business value of Data.
