Our client, a non-profit organization, is seeking a temporary to permanent HR Assistant to join their team located in Washington, DC starting ASAP! About the Job: Support full lifecycle open enrollment. Assist with onboarding new employees through communications, first day, training schedules, and more. Handle employee relations matters. Answer questions and address concerns related to HR matters. Provide support to additional projects and tasks as required. About You: 2+ years of HR and administrative experience are required. A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is required. Prior experience at a law firm is highly desired. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Paylocity, and HRIS experience. Strong confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Able to work independently with meticulous attention to detail. About the Position: $23/hr-$25/hr, while temporary. Strong possibility for this position to become permanent. Hours are 9am-6pm. Hybrid schedule with 2 days/week onsite.
