Prioritize and manage the resolution of denied claims with third-party payers Research and maintain a solid understanding of payer requirements and claim processing logic Write comprehensive appeals to third-party payers to overturn denials Conduct ongoing analysis to determine root causes of denials and recommend improvements Compile and distribute reports on the success of appeals and root cause analysis Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 1-3 years of related work experience required Advanced skills with Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or Access Strong written and oral communication skills in English Ability to provide high-level customer service and maintain professionalism Preferred Qualifications
