Collaborate with business partners to align technology solutions with business strategies. Responsible for leading requirements gathering, designing and providing guidance on recommendations; collaborating with the business on current processes and proposing solutions to enhance current processes; advising on system options, risk, cost vs. benefits and impacts; ensuring all systems align with the IT long term strategy; identifying, recommending and implementing complex configuration solutions and performing full cycle configuration to meet business needs; creating and updating associated documentation; setting testing strategy for modules and leading end-to-end integration testing; participating in the delivery of projects and releases; troubleshooting and leading evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents; maintaining a high level of functional competency regarding standard ECC configuration by staying current with trends and best practices. Responsibilities

Ensure all systems align with the IT long term strategy. Identify, recommend and implement complex configuration solutions and perform full cycle configuration to meet business needs. Create and update associated documentation. Set testing strategy for modules and lead end-to-end integration testing. Participate in the delivery of projects and releases (minor/major). Troubleshoot and lead evaluation and design of corrections for complex incidents. Maintain a high level of functional competency regarding standard ECC configuration by staying abreast of new trends and best practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or foreign educational equivalent) or equivalent based on education and/or experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ECC gathering requirements, including configuring and customizing Materials Management and Production Planning SAP Modules. Minimum 3 years of experience providing technical and functional leadership and guidance to team members on enterprise-wide software projects. Minimum 3 years of experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of management. Minimum 2 years of experience working with interfaces with other SAP/non-SAP systems (e.g., EWM, APO, CRM, PI/PO). Minimum 2 years of experience with project management/specification for functional areas such as Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management. Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP ECC. Experience need not be cumulative; all experience may have been gained concurrently. Equal Opportunity
